Machine Working Steps

From Graphic To Finished Letter Channel

1. Get a Graphic or Image from customer or created it from Coreldraw, illustrator or any graphic program. And save it as AI, DXF or Plt Format

2. Import the AI, DXF or Plt Format file to our bending Machine and prepare to process.

Import the file to make, and next step is the machine cutting and bending. According to stainless steel and aluminum differ, machine equipped with two cutting device and bending device.

For Stainless Steel, Copper, Galavinized Sheet, Cutting by above picture showed cutting tool. It is a specialized tool for stainless steel metal cutting
